Curated Agents

Gitar provides carefully tuned agents which are experts at performing specific code maintenance tasks and are curated based on your codebase.

Running a Curated Agent

The main page of Gitar (https://app.gitar.ai) provides a table of curated agents, which Gitar has detected is relevant to your repositories.

To run a curated agent, just click the Play button, and you will be asked which repository you wish to run the prompt on. If your repository does not appear, make sure that you have connected your repos.

Tracking Progress

After clicking Start, you will be shown the list of current and previous runs of that agent on the selected repository, including the one you just started. You can monitor its progress, and view any created PRs/MRs.
